This has to be the most awkward apology I’ve ever seen!!

A few months ago, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard got in trouble for trying to bring their dogs into Australia without declaring them. Earlier today they were fined $1000 and forced to make this strange PSA/apology…

 

 

They’re lucky that they didn’t get “THE BOOT”…
