Whistler’s own Brandon Semenuk is back on top as number one.

The Canadian knocked Brett Rheeder off the Red Bull Joyride top spot at Crankworx on August 20th. It was the final day of the week long festival at Whistler-Blackcomb and saw 18 riders go head to head in a big air showdown in front of thousands of spectators.

Semenuk now has a total of five first place finishes to his name for the competition and is the most successful athlete in the history of the contest.

Rounding out the top three were Emil Johansson of Sweden in the number two spot followed by Ryan Nyquist of the United States who placed third. Last year’s winner Brett Rheeder came finished in fifteenth.
