The search is over for a new CEO for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce.

Danny Tuff has been announced as the organisations new leader. He begins his role with the chamber today. Over eighty applications were received from across Canada and even internationally for the posting.

Whistler Chamber Board Chair, Grant Cousar says “After a comprehensive search the Board of Directors is pleased to welcome such a seasoned and visionary leader. The Board is confident that Danny’s executive leadership and track record of innovation will be an enormous asset to elevating Whistler’s local economy.”

Tuff’s success includes co-founding the successful energy efficiency technology company, Blue Line Innovations and was also General Manager of two private tourism companies in Newfoundland as well as numerous accolades.

The Chamber is hosting an event on October 6th where the Whistler Business Community is invited to meet the new CEO.
