The Squamish Chamber of Commerce held their annual Business Excellence Awards on April 21st and have released a full list of this years’ winners.

The awards recognize the outstanding achievements of business people and organizations in the community through 10 categories. A total of 44 nominees were shortlisted for this years event. A full list of winners can be found below:

Business Person of the Year – Christian Thomson

Bill Manson Citizen of the Year – Bryan Couture

Arts and Culture Award – Bungalow 968

The Squamish Green Business Award – Sunwolf

Non Profit of the Year – Sea to Sky Community Services

Young Entrepreneur of the Year (under 35) – Robyn Balez (Socially Robyn)

Innovation Award – Happimess

Project of the Year- Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival
