UPDATE:

RCMP have confirmed that the body of Lacey Tom was located deceased on November 17th on the shore of the Fraser River, approximately 21 km south of Lillooet on a remote section of the beach. Foul play does not appear to have been involved in the woman’s death.

Police and the BC Coroners Service are continuing their investigation.

 

A woman from Lillooet remains missing today.

26 year old Lacey Tom was reported missing on November 5th. Lillooet RCMP say she was last seen just before midnight on November 3rd in the Lillooet area.

Police are asking for assistance in locating Tom and describe her as First Nations, 5’4″, 160 lbs with brown eyes and long black/brown hair down to her waist. She was last seen wearing brown pants, brown sketcher shoes, a black toque and black puffy down jacket.
