Some of Canada’s top biathlon athletes will descend on Whistler for the North American and Canadian Biathlon Championships this week.

The event, hosted by the Whistler Biathlon Society runs Wednesday through Sunday (March 27th-31st) at Whistler Olympic Park. It is the 3rd time, and the first time in 6 years, that the National Championships have been held in the community.

Canadian national team athletes Rosanna Crawford and Brendan Green are both registered to compete – the pair are set to retire at the end of this season.

Volunteers are still needed for many aspects of the event for single day or multiple day jobs including on course, firing range, and administrative duties.
