Hike for Hospice

Antje Cavanagh, board chair of the Sea to Sky Hospice Society was on the show to tell us more about Hike for Hospice coming up on May 27th. It is the 17th annual event that culminates a month of fundraising for Sea to Sky Hospice Society. It starts at 11am at Junction Park and O'Syiam Pavilion. Sea to Sky Hospice Society provides compassionate care for those in the community facing life limiting illness or experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. Hospice is not supported by VCH and they raise all money needed to cover costs of their important services and programs through fundraising and grants.
